Overview
Outstanding teachers are recognized for their talent and achievments. These educators meet for a intense retreat where they learn new skills and most importantly network with each other, sharing knowledge. The educators then return to their schools where they are charged with passing on their newly learn skills (as well as their established skills) to their peers.
